Summary0013272: Consolidating errors messages from server to client.
DescriptionAdd mechanism to obtain error and warning messages from the server to the client. Currently, they are totally ignored by the client. We have to be careful not to add any communication overhead when doing this since we already have outstanding bug reports that progress events (which are similar) cause performance issues when running with large number of cores.
