Summary0010565: Manta plugin not fully installed by "make install"
DescriptionWith 3.8 RC1 and enabling the manta plugin

Although "make install" nicely copies libMantaView.so to the install location,
libvtkMantaCS.so and libvtkManta.so are left behind. This prohibits the plugin from being loaded after installation.

 This fix appears to work. Waiting for dashboards before asking for merge into RC2.

Note - Manta itself is not installed, so you still have to make sure the Manta build/lib is on the library search path or the plugin won't load, complaining about not finding lib for Manta_Factory.
