Summary0009805: Create selection toolbar
DescriptionWe need to simplify selecting cells and points by their Global ID number, or whatever number the user chooses. Selection type would follow whatever is set in the Selection Inspector. A Cell/Point toggle button should be included. Include an Invert selection button.

Optionally, after we discuss it, I would also like to see Cell Label/Point Label visibility button, along with a Cell Mode selection.

This really should be in PV 3.8.
