Descriptiontested with PV 3.6.1 and 3.7

selecting a single plane, or several planes of a 3D structured block extracted from a hierarchical dataset fails completely with the wrong bounds and the wrong offsets. The output generated is outside the input's bounds.

I was able to replicate the problem using ParaView 3.10.

George, I am assigning you this bug in case you fix this bug while working on AMR datasets.
