Summary0008694: clip by scalar and contour are different
DescriptionClip by scalar is different, and significantly rougher, than contour.

ParaView trunk, local server, XP
Open disk_out_ref.exo, turn all variables on, apply.
Clip, scalar, temp, 400, apply.
Split horizontal, highlight disk_out_ref.exo in the pipeline browser.
Contour, Temp, 400, apply.
Link the two windows, then +Y (or +Z)

Bug - these two images are not the same. Contour is much smoother, but clip by scalar is more useful. Please fix clip by scalar to use the same algorithm as contour.

There is a dataset that we are trying to get to Kitware that shows this even better, but I wanted to get this going. The new dataset is called Whipple Shield.
