Summary0008572: Hint for enabling/disabling widgets
DescriptionThere are times when the value of a property is used only when the value of other properties are set to something specific. For example, in the histogram filter, there is an option to automatically set the range or specify a range. When automatically setting the range, the range bounds that you enter have no meaning. In this state they should be grayed out.

To handle this automatically, there should be a hint for properties that specifies that the associated widgets should be enabled when the value of some other property equals X (or disabled when the value of the property equals X).

Keep in mind that there could also be conditions where the enabled/disabled could depend on the values of a combo box (enumeration domain). It should be possible to specify enabled on values or disabled on values and specify one or more values.
