Summary0008523: add magnetisme feature in the RULER source to position points to existing displayed nodes
DescriptionDistance may be measured in ParaView between existing nodes/points.

Thus it would be interesting when using the RULER source to measure distance, to have the points of the RULER automatically stuck to the closest existing displayed nodes, if the the distance between the RULER point and this closest node if lower than a given bound.

The RULER point can be moved by mouse.
This magnetisme could be activated or not when one of the RULER point is moved with the mouse.
