Summary0008473: view does not honor ghost arrays in image data with dims N x M x 1
Descriptiontest data included, one ghost array that should result in a blanked cell.


Applies to 2d View(which is the default), and 3D view in slice mode. 3D View set to surface mode does the right thing.

This would be useful for parallel image data processing and blanking cells may be more efficient than converting to unstructured data.
