0007942: --data command doesn't work with XP client
When using a client/server connection from XP to Linux, the --data command doesn't work. It should.

Using ParaView 3.4.0.

This is reported as working on Linux to Linux.

This bug must be fixed for ParaView 3.6.0. It is holding up DART from moving from 3.2.1.

QFileInfo() was used to split up paths. However if on a
windows box and setting up a unix file path (since the server is unix server)
then QFileInfo would mess the path up by adding C:/ etc. to it. Fixed that by
using SystemTools for determining the path/dir.

Also tested client/server. Works like a champ.
