0007812: Delaunay 3d fails if device is too small
I have a device 1e-4 x 1e-4 x 1e-5.

The Delaunay 3d filter silently fails to create a tetrahedralization of the points. Applying a transform to scale the device up by 1e-4 or 1e-5 allows the algorithm to work successfully.
