Summary0007808: please allow a flat list in the file menu
DescriptionPlease allow user to toggle list so that there is no hierarchy at all.

Because I have a bunch of files that get grouped incorrectly.

The file I want, gmsh_mos2d_2.0_0.4.vtm is nested under a different vtm file name. The vtu files which should be under it,

gmsh_mos2d_2.0_0.4_0.vtu
gmsh_mos2d_2.0_0.4_1.vtu
gmsh_mos2d_2.0_0.4_2.vtu

are nested under
gmsh_mos2d_2.0_0.4_..vtu
