Summary0006922: Better handling of partial arrays
DescriptionCurrently for partial arrays to work, we are disabling error messages in filters when arrays are missing. However, that means that if the user indeed chose a wrong array name, he would get no errors/warnings.

A possible fix would be to auto-insert an extract-block filter which extract only the blocks for which the selected arrays are available.

We have made much progress with partial arrays since. For particular instances, we'll add separate bugs.
