Summary0005708: cutting plane disappears
Descriptioncreate a sphere
apply the clip filter
rotate the view a touch so you can get to the plane
move the plane back to the end of the box until it disappears, and let go of the mouse button.
You can get the plane back unless you move an arrow head/tail to expose part of it or use the GUI panel.

It would be nice if the plane never disappeared.

We need to take the 3d widgets into account when computing clipping planes.

Widget bounds are now taken into consideration wehn computing clipping planes.

However this bug is not due to the clipping planes, but the vtkImplicitPlaneRepresentation itself not showing the plane.
