Someday
0005662: output messages from contour filter
create Octree Fractal source and hit apply
create a contour filter and hit apply.

I get:
Tree has 190 leaves
Tree has 190 leaves

And sometimes I the following message if I change the Maximum Level on the Octree Fractal:
Max depth 8, ids: 111 55 0
Neighbor 0 is a leaf with id 43.
All neighbors are leaves. Terminate recursion.

Looks like debug statements.

These are probably just some debugging statements that should be commented out.

These are coming from vtkHyperOctree and they seem to be debug statements that are printed when some exception is reached. Since I am not too familiar with that piece of code, I am disinclined from removing those. I'll let them be for now.

If we aren't supporting the Hyper Octree Dataset should we just remove the source to reduce confusion of users.
