0016116: Filter quick search dialog too picky on word order
A recent change to the filter quick search dialog box (ctrl-space or alt-space) has made it too picky on the order of word fragments typed. If you do not type in the strings to match in the correct order, those matches will not show up.

Here is an example.

Open up the quick search dialog box.

Type "surface extract". Nothing will match.

Now erase that and type "extract surface". There are several matches.

This can be very confusing to users (and myself) if they do not happen to hit on the right order for searches.
