Changing to 5.0. Reason is that the display does not show the time exponent, thus a user can't see what time they have if it is small. Impacting one of my users. If this isn't a small fix, OK to slip to PV 5.1 |

I don't follow, you want full precision on the Information Tab, but not-full precision (%f) on the Time toolbar? Won't that be misleading? |

I don't think so. If Annotate Time isn't misleading, then ditto the time on the time toolbar. Further, we are allowing a user to change it. But, we should have the full, painful, reduculous number somewhere - i.e., the information tab.
I'm moving this to 5.1. 5.0 is done. We missed that train.
