Merged into master. To test:

- run ParaView, builtin server
- add sphere source
- add new Spreadsheet View
- in Properties tab, scroll down to the View (SpreadSheet View) panel
- adjust the Cell Font Size and Header Font Size. Updates to the font sizes should take place immediately.
