0015506: Please add a white border to viewports
Please add a white border around each viewport. Each viewport will be one pixel smaller in all directions - one pixel top, bottom, left and right. Non selected viewports will just have more white around them. For selected views, working from the inside out, colors will be: background, white, blue, white. Make this line 1 pixel wide, white. I am attaching two screenshots - what we currently look like, and what I want. Note that, if we want to discuss, the horizontal lines are actually gray and the vertical lines are white. Also note that I may have been inconsistent drawing exactly next to the blue, thus each line will look slightly differently.

Also, please allow a user to change the border color, default as is (Blue). Make this change sticky (as with all settings).

I just want to note that when Alan says "white" he actually means the light gray of the GUI background (which when contrasted with dark colors like blue looks white).

Actually, after looking at my tests (see .jpg's above), I thought white was better. Have the developer decide which looks best, or bounce it by Ken, Utkarsh and/or me? Anyway, ANYTHING will be better than it is now.

Note - the Grey above is 195, 195, 195. (Horizontal is Grey, vertical is white).

Also highlight the header.

Alan, this is what I have done:

1. I've added the border with "space". Instead of white, I am just using the default "Window" color. It has a very similar effect.
2. I'm making the view title show up bold and with an underline, instead of changing the color of the entire header. If you think this isn't sufficient, I can change the header color too. Just wasn't too sure if would look okay all OSes, hence picked this simpler approach.
