DescriptionPlease make the default border color around the active view Red. Also, allow it to be configurable in the settings. Make this setting sticky between sessions.

I disagree. We should not change the border from blue to red. The border was originally red, but we discovered that red was very hard to see for people with a certain type of color-blindness.

If you want to add a configuration, that's fine. But the default should stay blue.

This was discussed at our Sandia-Kitware meeting today. Utkarsh had a great idea - lets add a visual queue which view is active in the header. Maybe put a dark or grey rectangle in the middle of the title bar. Lets still change the border to red.
