Summary0015482: Custom annotation color presets don't load correctly.
Description* Linux, master, local server.
* open bake.exo, all vars on. Apply.
* Color by vtkBlockColors.
* Open the color editor.
* Change color 7 to white.
* Click on Save to Preset. Change "New Color Preset" to Test1. Export. Save this somewhere as test1 (.xml will be appended).
* Load another preset, such as the first one (Spectrum).
* Now, open Presets. Import. Import test1.

<<bug>> Test1 won't appear in the list, and if you close, Annotation row 7 doesn't go white. Please fix this.

This is already fixed. Note that now we use a JSON representation to export the preset. Old XML presets are still importable but we no longer export as XML.
