Summary0015470: pvd + vtr combo doesn't work in parallel
DescriptionSteps to reproduce:
1. Run pvserver in parallel (more than a single process) and connect the GUI client
2. Load in zVTR.pvd (attached)
3. Step forward and backward in time a couple of times

The extents stay the same but the number of cells decrease in time. This works fine with just using the File Series Reader to read in the vtr files. I suspect it's something with either ghost cells or piece number/number of pieces getting messed up.

I didn't see any increase/decrease in number of cells over time. However, if you look at p(psi), it does change between the two time steps. I believe this shows that the pvd vtr combo is working.
