Summary0014897: Unstructured CAM reader has artifacts
DescriptionWe are getting artifacts (bad cells) with the Unstructured CAM reader.

* Local server, Master, Linux.
* Open file f1850_arm30x8_rel06.cam.h3.0002-06-25-00000-Do-Not-Release.nc. Default reader. Connectivity File Name: arm_30_x8_lowconn.g_latlon-Do-Not-Release.nc. Single Level On, Cell Layer Right, Off. Apply.
* Wireframe. Paint by TMQ or FLNT.

<<bug>> Notice that there are some cells that go all the way across the mesh. Something is wrong with the reader at the left and right edges.

Including a screenshot. The horizontal lines are the problem.

Utkarsh - ask me for this dataset.
Note to self - MT, g drive, on Linux.
