DescriptionThe edit color legend properties is often grayed out.

Linux, master, local server. Start ParaView from scratch.
disk_out_ref.exo. All variables on. Apply.
Color by GlobalElementId.
Color legend (on the main toolbars).
Edit Color Map.

Bug - the Edit color legend properties button is grayed out.

Click on the Color Legend icon in the Color Editor.

Bug - The Color Legend should turn off. It doesn't. But, now you can edit the color legend properties!
