Summary0014666: Crash when picking center of rotation on normal glyph
DescriptionIf you click on a glyph generated by the Normal Glyphs filter when picking the center of rotation, ParaView crashes. To replicate, do the following:

1. Create Sphere source. Apply.
2. Add Normal Glyphs filter. Apply.
3. Click the "Pick Center" toolbar to pick the center of rotation and then click somewhere on the sphere. Everything works as expected.
4. Click the "Pick Center" toolbar button again and then click on one of the normal arrow glyphs. Crash.
