Summary0014576: Bad link between the "Color Legend Visibility" buttons of the toolbar and the Color Map Editor.
DescriptionThe current state of the "Color Legend Visibility" toggle button in the toolbar is not correctly reported to the one available in the "Color Map Editor" (while the reverse works). In consequence, the "Edit color legend properties" button may be disabled if you don't toggle its neighbor toggle button first to hide/(re)show the color legend.

 
Steps To ReproduceStart a fresh ParaView, create a Wavelet, show it in surface mode and display the RTData point attributes. Then toggle the scalar bar using the toolbar button.
Open the color map editor pressing the toolbar button, both the scalar bar visibility and properties button are disabled. You need to press 2 the visibility button to be able to open the properties window.
