Summary0013898: Allow 2d to start with no variables turned on
DescriptionAllow an option for 2d, such as plot over line, that comes up displaying no variables. If we are playing with big data, and/or a lot of time steps, having to turn on/off variables can be extremely time consuming.

plot over line. Apply.

Notice that DISPL_Magnitude, VEL_Magnitude, ACCL_Magnitude and EQPS are all turned on. We want the option, not the default behavior, but sticky between sessions, to have plots come up initially with nothing turned on.

The reason is to help users dealing with large data. If you have a few hundred million cells, or a few hundred or thousand time steps, you don't want ParaView doing the calculating until you have the variables you want selected. Just bring up the plot window with no variables turned on.
