Summary0013567: MantaView plugin failes to create MantaView
DescriptionWhen MantaView plugin is loaded and one tries to create the MantaView, it aborts with following error.

ERROR: In /home/utkarsh/Kitware/ParaView3/ParaView/ParaViewCore/ClientServerCore/Rendering/vtkPVSynchronizedRenderer.cxx, line 401
vtkPVSynchronizedRenderer (0x2018320): Received non OpenGL renderer

    BUG 0013567. Fix segfault in MantaView.
    
    Fixes segfault when MantaView is created. The bug was introduced by 594e2645.
    However, the assert() is not needed since it's not a critical error if the
    renderer is not a vtkOpenGLRenderer.
