Description(I think in)
ParaView-3.14.0-Source/VTK/IO/vtkSTLReader.cxx line 432 it explicitly checks for additional characters (fgets) after reading ENDSOLID.

(this check is fine in the SOLID reading block but I don't think it should be in the ENDSOLID)
