Summary0012961: Add image overlay, similar to text source
DescriptionIt would be nice to be able to show an image overlay on a render view, for instance to show add a logo to a figure. The functionality I have in mind would be similar to a Text source that can be added by Sources --> Text, and positioned using the window location. Additionally, it would allow the user to resize the image.
