Summary0012707: ScalarBar not restored correctly from state files
Description it seems i found a bug in 3.12 (tested with rc2 and rc3): Load a simple
> case, switch on the color bar and modify it (color, position, whatever).
> Save an status file, restart PV and load the status file - sometimes the
> color bar is switched off, sometimes on the initial position and so on. With
> 3.10 everything is fine ...
