Summary0012586: vtkhdf5 include dirs for cpp build not present when HDF5_BUILD_CPP_LIB is ON
DescriptionThis happened when building vtk 5.8 (checkout from git tagged 5.8) in vs 2010 with cmake 2.8.5
I had enabled the HDF5_BUILD_CPP_LIB option in cmake-gui. However, the
HDF5_INCLUDE_DIRS variable in vtkHDF5Config.cmake in buid/Utilities/vtkhdf5 does not hold the PATH_TO_VTK_SRC/Utilities/vtkhdf5/c++/src folder required for using hdf5's c++ classes. Consequently, the VTK_INCLUDE_DIRS variable has all vtkhdf5 folders, except for the c++/src folder.
