Summary0011915: Hard to determine why a filter is disabled
DescriptionSometimes filters are disabled and there's no way to know why. We should provide tips on the "quick-launch" dialog as well as maybe status tip on mouse over in the menu for why the filter is not available.

When a user mouse-over a disabled filter, it will show exactly why the filter was disabled in the status-bar.
