Summary0011858: Color legend does not hide properly
DescriptionThere is a combination of steps that keeps the color legend from loosing visibility properly. It is fairly rare, but still needs to be fixed.

You need to do exactly as stated below to get this bug to show.

Trunk, Windows, local server.
* Open can.exo. All vars on. Apply.
* Color by ACCL. Apply a color legend.
* Clip, Apply.
* Click on "can.exo" in the pipeline browser.
* Change variable being displayed to DISPL.

You now have two color legends on top of each other.

I verified that the color legend for an object in the pipeline browser will be displayed when toggling the color legend button on regardless of the visibility of the pipeline object.

Verified bug still exists. It isn't as severe as before, since the color legend is smart enough to not place the two color legends on top of each other. OK to defer this bug to 4.3.
