0011549: Automatic values not set in object inspector when using forign language
A user with OpenSuse 11.3 using a system language of German noticed some odd behavior while performing the Vector Visualization exercises in The ParaView Tutorial (exercises 2.9 and 2.10). When adding a filter that has an object inspector item that is automatically set, they were not set properly. For example, when creating a stream tracer filter, the radius of the seeds is set to 0 rather than to some value based on the size of the geometry. Likewise, when creating a glyph filter the scale factor is set to 0 rather than an automatic value based on the size of the geometry and the size of the vectors.

I suspect that Qt is translating the name of the widgets, and then a latter comparison to a non-translated name is failing.
