0010962: Find Data dialog should be populated with the current selection
When you first open the Find Data dialog box, it is always blank regardless of what the current selection is. Instead, the dialog should be populated as best as possible with the current selection. At a minimum, the spreadsheet should show the data of the selection and the other buttons (selection color, labels) should reflect the current state of the selection.

If the selection also happens to be a query selection, the Find Data should be initialized to have that query filled in.

Although there are related requests like this, Kens' is the best. Thus, marking it todo.

This really needs to be done. Please make it a priority.

The 10962_find_data_initialization branch in git-next now initializes the Find Data dialog; the selection's source is always set to the current selection's source. If there is no selection, the "active" source is used. If the current selection is a query selection (i.e., was created using the Find Data dialog), then the query is parsed and used to initialize the dialog. Otherwise, the dialog selection type (cell/point) and mode (ID, frustum, etc.) take on default values. This has been tested in client/server mode and the FindDataDialog test modified so that it should not pass unless defaults are populated when the dialog is opened.

This branch depends upon the seln-inspector-spreadsheet branch, which moves the spreadsheet to the selection inspector (where it is properly updated by each new selection -- as opposed to the Find Data dialog, where it was not). However, according to the comments for issue 10956, this is apparently not its final resting place.

Taking out of gatekeeper review so it doesn't get into the 3.98 patch release.

This is now supported in git/master.
