0010698: 3D widgets should have transform matching the input's transform
* Create Sphere
* Change Scale to (5, 5, 1) on the display tab.
* Create Slice (the 3D widget is not scaled)
* Apply slice (the result is scaled correctly)

Would be nice if the 3D widget would show up with the correct scale as well.

Ken's response on the mailing list:
"Uh, hang on a second. I’m not sure bounding the clip filter by the bounds after the actor transform is a good idea. The problem is that the data will be clipped in the data’s original coordinates, not the coordinates after the transform. In the attached above, I z-scaled a wavelet image in the display panel and then applied the clip filter at some orientation. Notice that the actual clip does not match the plane at all."

We are not planning on implementing the fix for this bug, since the fix doesn't make sense in context.
